ep789 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ep789" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at ep789.ws, including all sub-pages, products, and facilities accessible to registered players.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered a player account on the ep789 platform and is using the services in any capacity.

• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account on the ep789 platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are required to notify ep789 promptly of any changes to your registered details. ep789 is not liable for any loss or service disruption arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ep789 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ep789 will treat any action taken using your account credentials as having been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to our support team in advance of the relevant action.

• Do not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable any additional security features made available by ep789, including OTP verification for new device logins.
• Log out of your account after each session when using a shared or public device.
• Contact ep789 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

ep789 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits which may vary by payment channel and player account tier.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The payment account used belongs to you personally and is registered in your own name, matching the name on your ep789 account.
• The funds being deposited are not derived from any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or proceeds of crime.
• You are not depositing on behalf of any third party.

Players may request withdrawal of available funds from their ep789 account at any time, subject to the following conditions being met in full:

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all ep789 bonuses unless the offer-specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household address, per device, and per IP address. Claiming a bonus through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.

With respect to sports betting specifically:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. ep789 is not liable for any data or pricing errors that result in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, and reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds.
• Settlement of bets will be based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body for that sport or competition. For cricket, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and International Cricket Council (ICC) results are the authoritative sources.
• ep789 reserves the right to suspend a betting market, void a bet, or delay settlement where there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular activity, including match fixing or inside information.
• Live in-play bets are subject to slight delays between bet placement and acceptance. ep789 is not responsible for outcome changes occurring during the transmission delay period.

For live casino games, all sessions are recorded. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the recorded game state at the point of disconnection. ep789's decision on game outcome in technical fault scenarios is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ep789 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner that simulates human player behaviour.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform to generate winnings in a manner not intended by the game design. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported and will be voided.
• Depositing, withdrawing, or transferring funds through the platform as a mechanism to launder money or disguise the origin of funds derived from illegal activity.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any ep789 software or platform component.
• Use ep789 branding, trademarks, or game assets in any external communication, website, or application without authorisation.
• Frame or mirror the ep789 platform on any third-party website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ep789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

ep789's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

ep789 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages, and events of force majeure may result in temporary service unavailability for which ep789 accepts no liability for consequential losses incurred by players.

ep789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice where ep789 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
• The account is subject to a chargeback dispute or payment reversal that has not been satisfactorily resolved.
• A self-exclusion request has been received in relation to the account.
• Regulatory, legal, or licensing requirements make continued operation of the account untenable.

Players may also voluntarily close their ep789 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment account following completion of outstanding withdrawal verification requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ep789's international gaming licence jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within thirty (30) days of submission, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under ep789's applicable gaming licence. ep789 is committed to resolving all player complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

Players retain their statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law and nothing in these Terms shall be construed as excluding or limiting those rights to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
